Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets
- Use point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders accurately
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Excellent math skills for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and making change
- Familiarity with food safety regulations in the food service industry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
Note: Prior experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
